successful minor league skipper and current Nationals bullpen coach.
He'd have to bring in some ace recruiters but I think he could be an awesome college coach if we can afford him.

I don`t know who our coach is going to be or should be; what I want is for him to recruit some hitters, fielders and pitchers like Vandy, LSU and Fla! like we had some years ago!

when the world & clemson baseball was young... but remember, coach wilhelm was a unc assistant not long before this picture was taken.
maybe swofford could put in a good word for drad at chapel hill?

Have to add McDonnell of Louisville to your list.
It isn't worth firing Leggett to hire Lee who has won nothing at CofC, his assistant LeCroy, or a guy who had the same trajectory at UGA in Perno.

Only look at HC, and please stop with Monte Lee that's short sighted. Let him go to scar, we can only hope.

I understand why you would add McDonnell to your list, he is an awesome coach. My question is why would he want to leave UofL for any other program? He's seen a crazy amount of success where he's at and has been to the CWS numerous times. They play in a new stadium that has already gone through one expansion, and most schools would never pay him the amount of money that UofL would be willing to pay him in a bidding war.
