The first ammendment of Tnet constitution states pretty clearly that disparaging people associated with the program is not permitted, even if it were true that Don Munson is a terrible broadcaster.

I think the bigger misconception with free speech is that there are consequences to said speech, you can say whatever you want to, but it may affect you.
