What are y’all’s predictions for Louisville?

Do we finally get the bats going or do we lose 7 in a row?? At this point in the year I just want to see some glimmer of hope after losing 4 in arow. I hope and pray we turn it up on Louisville and leave with a series win.

We're competitive in all three games...

I would guess we go 1-2, but if they start walking us though, we could really surprise them.

Lucky to win 1. In the ditch at this point. Hope we can figure it out. Surprised at the inability to hit. Thought this was supposed to be the strength of this team.

Several players are in a slump, it happens. They'll break out of it and we will start hitting again.
It's a long season.

At this point in the year? It's only 1/3 through the year, lot of time left, especially in baseball.

Not only is the base running killing us but the errors are extending the innings for the opponent. We presently look like the last team Jack coached. Making the same mistakes. Base running, strike outs, overthrows, unable to move runners up, and lack of shut down pitching. Hopefully Monte can get us back to playing sound baseball fundamentals again soon.

The season is still young.

This team gets out to one of its best starts and a long time, then hits a rough patch (as usually happens at some point during a long baseball season), and most of you are acting like it’s the end! This team will be fine. They will turn it around. Go Tigers!

Nope. Just stating facts. I too believe they will turn it around but everything that has been stated is true.

Sort of, it's been true for the past 4 games but at times this year we've looked nothing like the final Jack Leggett coached team.
As the poster above mentioned, it's a long season and baseball can be fickle like this. As much of a chance there is we get swept there is also the same likelihood that we come out and sweep. The greatest probability is a 2-1 series either way, as it usually is for top teams.

I predict that if one of our players makes a mistake DiamondCoot will be here to attack them for it.

We are on a four game losing streak BUT we are beating ourselves. If we can cut down on errors and string together s couple hits, we will be nearly unstoppable. Several weeks ago, many of you current "doubters" were positive that we would make the College World Series. Baseball is a game of momentum. As of right now, we don't have the momentum. I believe that we will break out of our slump this weekend and take the series from Louisville. We're going to gain that momentum and be one of the teams to beat. GO TIGERS AND LET'S BEAT THOSE CARDS!!!
