Went with the Mississippi Pot Roast in the crock pot

bc I had all of the ingredients other than the roast.

Going to cook it, shred it, and then put it on toasted sandwich rolls with provolone cheese and grilled onions and peppers. Dip in Au Jus if desired.

Kind of like a French Dip sandwich I guess...

We make somethign similar.


Brown roast.

Throw it in the pot.

Add a packet of Oh-Jew gravy mix

Add a packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix

Add a crap ton of butter chunks

add a ton of Pepperonchini peppers and a little pepperonchini juice.

Let that beesh cook.


Oh lawrd that is the best!
