just glanced at the final AP Top 25 poll. There's some funny stuff in there. What do y'all think of the top 15?

I think Michigan State should be 2nd. (based on having only 1 loss)

I think Auburn played well against FSU and deserved a #3 finish.

I think South Carolina's wins over Clemson and Missouri may have been overrated, and their loss to Tennessee underrated. South Carolina did beat Clemson head to head, but their overall body of work this year was less impressive IMO. (considering who they lost to) You could always make the argument that their wins were more impressive, so...

I'm biased against the SEC though, and I think the entities that make the polls are biased towards the SEC. I hope the new system works out better for all concerned.

Clemson's overall body of work was not more impressive than Carolina's. Even Clem fans would say you went 2-2 in games against teams with a pulse

You're right, though the gap isn't very big IMO. People won't admit it here due to their biases, but we beat 2 legit Top 10 teams (early season Georgia, Ohio State) and lost to 2 legit Top 10 teams (FSU, South Carolina). Conversely, you guys beat 3 Top 10 teams (Mizzou, UCF, Clemson) and a solid ranked team in Wisconsin. You lost to 1 top 10 team (early season UGA) but have that loss to Tennessee as a solid black eye. Overall, I'd say the edge goes to South Carolina.

That Tennessee loss has to eat at you though.
