Finally got the Dean Dome monkey off our backs. Seemed highly improbable considering how things were looking with inside ten minutes to go, but just goes to show that sometimes the unexpected happens. If we could only capture that overtime performance in a bottle!!

Great win considering the history and the end of the most infamous streak in sports. That UNC team ain't great though... Wofford beat them up there too. This is their third straight loss at home. Let's face it - the tarholes SUCK this year. Still, the streak is done... and that means a lot. But I will say this... if we end up going 13-17 or 14-16 this season, Brownell still needs to go. Throw him a party for ending the streak... then say goodbye. We can have a better basketball program.

Does Roy Williams survive this? How do the tarhole faithful stomach this?

Brownell isn’t going anywhere, nor should he. He’s tied for first in all time wins at Clemson, and he will break it this year. Good for him and good for Clemson. He’s a good coach. Proud of him. The team has struggled a lot this year, and there have also been boo koo injuries. Hopefully, these fellas can stay healthy down the stretch and finish with a winning conference record. That’d be awesome.
