Wake forest suspends starting QB

from the acc sports journal:
News out of Winston-Salem: Wake Forest football has suspended projected starting quarterback Kendall Hinton for the first three games of the 2018 season. Tight end Thomas Cole has been suspended, too. The suspension is for a violation of team rules.

3 games is a long suspension that will definitely hurt the team. The third game is at home against Boston College on a Thursday night. That will be a tough game. Fourth game is against Notre Dame!

Also a good bit of Fall camp will be used getting ready their second string guy, so it makes you wonder how the chemistry for the offense will be for the first 6 or so games.

*We play them Oct 6 up there. They play Rice the week before.

Good news for Wake fans is that I believe their first game is away but the next four games is at home. So they don’t have another road game till Oct 20.
