That sounds great but in reality, Tua has only played 7 games, Trevor has played 9.

You think Heisman voters are looking that much into stats? I'm not saying Trevor's going to win the Heisman or anything but I think there's a good chance he could play his way to a NY invite. If Joe Burrow beats Bama or maybe if they're even competitive, he's got it locked up anyway. I'd just like to have a Clemson player up there representing.

Yeah it would be nice but the big push now is that d fella from o31o. If Dabo was an ahole and didn’t care about his players, etn could have over 2000 yards and no telling how many TD’s but again, Heisman peeps won’t look at anything like that.
Break it down by minutes played by tua and joe... guaranteed per minute played, Trevor is way ahead of either one of them.

While Tua has only played 7 games . . . I'm betting he has logged more minutes played than TL . . . and most of those minutes were against weaker competition . . . and later in the games after their will has been broken . . .
I'm happy with where we are and how we're progressing!!!!!!!
We can all name about 130 teams that would love to have our "problems" . . .

Tua has 194 passing attempts to Trevor's 209. Tua has 400 more yards and averages 3 more yards per completion. TL had a bad start to the season by his standards. He's making up for it now, but he's got a long way to go to be in the Heisman race this year.

The big guy from O310 doesn't have a chance for the same reason Simmons wouldn't if we ran the score up on everybody. He also has Fields and Dobbins on the same team taking votes from him. Bama vs LSU is probably for the Heisman winner as well.

But I'd likely not be far off in saying they've played similar minutes. After nine games, Tua will be well ahead of Trevor in PT. He better reserve some energy for 'Championship Season'. He looked gassed last January. Pace yourself, Tua...pace....

True but Tua is playing against the worst teams in Div 1. When Bama's wins have come against teams with a total 0.391 winning percentage, which is the worst of any FBS team, then Tua can get 29 TDs in 7 games.
