Actually, I hope we are in a position - and he is willing - to let him redshirt his freshman year and bulk up some. I hope that the QBs we have on campus, and the ones coming next year, will keep us operating at the same high level we have been with DW.

Just on the off chance you're not troll baiting, it'd be horrible news.
In an ideal world, Kelly Bryant wins the job and either Israel or Cooper outright wins the backup gig which allows us to redshirt the incoming freshmen.
Then in an even more ideal world, we'd get to redshirt Lawrence.
None of that will actually happen, of course, because the newbies are likely to be so talented they'll push for time and beat redshirts and cost themselves - and Clemson - a year of eligibility thereby, and one or several will likely cash out early like Deshaun Watson for NFL millions, but if we could actually somehow redshirt Lawrence we'd likely be set at QB the next six years between him and the cats we already have on campus.
That is called "a bright future".
