To those who pride themselves on not caring about Clemson basketball

Now is your chance to repent and jump on the bandwagon.
Since you probably haven’t been keeping up, we have a really good team this year. Heading into today’s game, we were 11-1 with an RPI of 20. We have wins over Ohio State, Florida, and South Carolina. Most of our wins haven’t even been close. Our only loss was to a Temple team ranked #10 by Ken Pomeroy.
Today, we opened conference play against a solid NC State team and dominated them. It wasn’t really close.
Our team has a very talented starting five, with all five players capable of scoring 20 points on any given night. As is characteristic of Brownell coached teams, they play hard on boh ends - especially on defense. They seem to be a very cohesive group with excellent team chemistry.
It’s a long season, but this year’s team appears to be very good. The ACC is as tough as ever this year, but I believe we have an excellent chance to have our best team in over 20 years.

and our non conference strength of schedule is 183 with OSU and Florida in our rear view mirror? The gamecocks must really suck!! Way to ride that final 4 appearance.

Yea I was about to say lol. Temple is about to lose again. We just played very poorly that game. We will have plenty of big games in the ACC to boost our resume thankfully. 12-1 with a win over Florida, OSU, and NC St is a pretty good start though. Those 3 could make the tourney. OSU has beat some pretty good teams. Florida could win or atleast be top 3 on the SEC.

I'm excited to see where this team goes, but I'm also being cautious. 12-1 is 12-1, but our best wins are over 11-4 Ohio State, a 9-4 Florida team that lost to someone named Loyola, 9-3 South Carolina, and a 10-4 NC State team that was without their starting PG.
Still they're taking care of business, so I'm not being a hater. It'll be interesting to see how they make their way through the ACC.

That and we were without our transfer Skara who brings a lot to the table. Brownell has said he gives the team so much flexability to do a bunch of different stuff, when he is in the game. That and our young guys were wet behind the ears and the upper classmen had played the majority of the minutes in that weekend long tournament. In which we lost to Temple on Sunday, in the finals.

Agreed and thanks to the nice spirited crowd today. I know it helps the team to feel we are behind them.

Clemson FB and BB being 12-1 in the same week with a chance to be 13-1 and 14-1 at the same time is historic. With Baseball and other sports, 2017-18 might be the most balanced overall sports program in school history. So far so good.

In my defense I only have room for Clemson Football this time of year. Though young, I am in no hurry to rush heart ailments from stressing over basketball nailbiters too.hth.
GO ALL TIGERS!!!!LEAVE NO DOUBT!!!!

Probably a 8-10 win team in conference games. So NIT bound and capable of making a run to MSG for NIT final 4.
