This is the way I see the Dabo decade unfolding...

The FSU loss will wind up being a "record since" bookend to an impressive run of top 10 and championship seasons. We'll win two national championships along the way and 4 ACC championships over the next six years.

Chad Morris will stick around, as we'll continue to step up and pop an extra few hundred thousand per year on his pay to keep him home as the OC, as well as pushing up the buyout money. Chad will choose the stability and success at Clemson for the foreseeable future, along with a caveat of succeeding Dabo Swinney as head coach.

Following our 2nd national title, at least within a couple of years afterward, Dabo will be around 50 years old or so and he will opt to retire on top and turn his full attention to ministry. Loaded with tremendous national recognition and a stockpile of wages over the past ten years, he can take his message worldwide and with greater impact. The extra money we'll be forking out annually to the staff will keep Morris happy and at home along the way with a stable job, a championship resume, plus the big cash in when he takes over for the retiring Swinney.

In the interim, the 2013 recruiting class (check it out on the front page) will only improve, and 2014, already off to a strong start, will take it a notch up once again. Our chillins is growing up, the talent is there and continuing to come in, and we're improving now on both sides of the ball. It's hard to see backslides there as our young team further develops into a veteran squad. Everyone seems pretty hungry to win. That's a good sign.
