and may be chopped. Wasn't that originally from FSU and kind of adopted by the ABraves?

They may not be able to stop the fans, but I'm guessing they'll stop playing the music that gets the chopping started, and will stop giving out/selling tomahawks.

They stopped giving out tomahawks last year in the playoffs and then promptly blew it.

I'm a Braves fan, but they wouldn't be the Braves if they weren't blowing it in the postseason. I said at the time that Game 5 was the most Braves thing ever.

FSU has dropped it and they converted the stadium to a reading room

I think it’s been lame for at least 15 years. It’s not intimidating and fans can be a whole lot louder yelling instead of chanting. It started when Neon Deion played for the Braves and Falcons and should have stopped about 3 years after he left. They will have to rename the restaurant in RF though.

This started up in the playoffs last year when that relief pitcher for the Cardinals who was Native American complained about the chop. I believe the Braves announced afterwards that they wouldn't play the music for the chop while he was pitching.

Imagine if they still had Chief Noc-A-Homa and the teepee in left field. Anyone remember that?
