Lol , seen this vide a few times . I actually run a push boat like the one trapped under that bridge .
He apparently got swept down too close to the bridge by current and he's lucky his ER doors on the lower house were closed and watertight , otherwise the ER fills up and she sinks pretty quickly.
That Moran boat is a ship assist tug and though it's an older tug I would guess she's around 5 or 6k horsepower .
Pushboats are generally in the 1200 to 3000 range depending on their designed use .
