It had more to do with the NCAA attempting to overstep the boundaries that are in place and telling universities what is and isn't a "real class" when the NCAA deals with athletics not in control of academics which I'm not denying UNC wasn't completely in the wrong it just "technically" in the NCAA's power to say that. Louisville's situation is different in the sense that they broke basically golden rule #1.
