I think you had to attend a combine to have your name entered into the draft pool. Boulware must not be interested in playing anymore.

Is he done with football? I know he was on a practice squad last season, but wasn't sure if he still was this year or not.

Wow, I haven't seen Jacoby Ford's name in so long that it surprised me to see him listed among the names in the player pool.
