I really hate to do this after we just got put to bed like little babies by fsu but I have to tell Clemson fans like it is..........and that is this.........We wont fall that far back and we still have a chance. Sure, after this game I am embarrassed we dont deserve it but face facts, we STILL have a chance. Here is why and how........
Where in the heck do you put Clemson!? They can't fall that far back because check it......#6, #7 #8,#9 #11 ALL GOT BEAT!
So here is what we know... #1 Bama #2 Oregon #3 FSU #4 Ohio State and who takes #5 !? Stanford!? Baylor? Does Stanford and Baylor #14 and #12 jump all the way to #5 ? My answer is no way...... So guess who is #5? Thats right
Clemson is only going to fall to #5. We are still #5 in the nation with 7 more weeks left!
Keep winning and hope for this... Oregon to lose, we would Jump Oregon, a 1 loss oregon will fall frm #2 to #5 behind Clemson which pushes us to #4. Even if Baylor or Stanford move ahead of us, or Missouri.....those three teams will get beat before the end of the season....
Then Ohio State lose one game, we jump them, so Clemson is back at #3 with just Bama and FSU ahead of them.
This is where it gets hard. I PROMISE we will be at this scenerio before the end of the season.... #1 Bama #2 FSU #3 Clemson.
If FSU loses and we keep winning, FSU would have to drop at least one spot simply because they lose and Clemson wins. If Miami beats FSU or Miami and Florida beat FSU Clemson is back in the national championship!

The media won't allow a one-loss ACC team to remain in the top 10, regardless of what anyone else did. We just got waxed at home on national TV, and you think we'll be in NC contention tomorrow?

They wont put Mizzou or baylor or Stanford ahead of Clemson but if they decide to do this these are the only 4 teams that would jump clemson and all 4 of these teams will lose before the end of the season.
SO AT WORST Clemson will be ranked #9 or #10 when the BCS rankings come out tomorrow. Still a lot of football and time left for us to jump back to #2.

We can make the National Championship game. Oregon loses twice, Bama loses twice, Fl. State loses twice, Ohio State loses once, Miami loses once, and a few more things happen and we are a National Championship game bound.

It is impossible for Clemson to be worse than #9 by ANYONEs standards! once again WHO do you put ahead of Clemson!? Miami, Baylor, Missou, and Stanford are THE ONLY POSSIBLE teams that can jump Clemson.......NO ONE ELSE.
EVERY SINGLE TEAM BEHIND CLEMSON THROUGH #9 LOST! LOUSIVILLE LOST, LSU LOST, UCLA LOST, TEXAS A&M LOST, COOTS LOST and THEY ALL LOST TO INFERIOR TEAMS THAT WHAT CLEMSON LOST TOO! CLEMSON WILL BE EITHER #5 or WORST #9
