"Starter" or change in rotation?

I've seen the headlines floating around that TL is listed as QB1, but is this looking more like a final decision on THE QB going forward or just starting the games out with TL, but still switching out every few series?

Nothing more. The pressure is now on TL to produce from the ‘git go’. Anxious to see how both guys handle this.

Wouldn't bet on that..Trevor starts and gets the hot hand, they won't be putting KB in until there is a big lead. They rotated while Kelly wasn't getting a hot hand....so I'm sure the only way they rotate early from here on is if TL struggles early.

this year and the future - no strategic reason to give KB major playing time since this is his last year.

I know that's tough for KB but TL is the future of the program starting now.
