has a reputation of throwing players under the bus and playing them even when they are injured. Players don't trust a guy like Spurrier when they see him take away scholarships and send kids down the road.
They may act like they trust him, but their instincts tell them otherwise.

This this the dumbest s@#t I've heard!!!! The dude is nasty and great for the game. I'm a Steelers fan and Ray Lewis leaving is not good for the game either. Injuries happen, but being afraid is not reason to water down a good USuC team. I sure hope he keeps his teammates in mind when thinking this through. I agree with OBS...... these tv football nerds have nothing better to talk about.
