Some guys perform better on game day . .

I believe everyone that KB was the better QB during the spring. That means both players and coaches. I wasn't there, what do I know? I don't know why KB looked so bad in the spring game, he just did. I have no facts to base my opinion on . . . . and I hope the best QB available takes us to where we want to be in the end. But some guys are able to excel during the "moment". Maybe TL is one of those guys?

Well, I would argue that his passing was pretty mediocre in last season’s games.

He will have to improve significantly in his downfield passing this year.

You miss understood my point. I was saying that TL may be the guy that shows up on game day. KB looked better during the sporing ball,supposedly, but who showed up on game day? TL did. So suppose . .that KB has a slightly better fall leading up to the start of the year, but doesn't click as he should in the games. Maybe TL is the guy that is able to step it up and he should be the starter. He might be the guy that elevates on game day. I'm not sure KB is that guy at all.Just a thought as I know there are athletes like this.
