Not much to say . . .

Attacked to start the match . . . scored on rebound from a corner kick

We Relaxed . . . Got complacent . . . and finished the first half

Started the second half cautiously . . . Never put a scare up to take a 2 goal lead . . . SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PRIORITY!!

UVA tied with a wicked angled shot from the right side, as he slid it past our Raleigh Goalie's 5 hole . . . Honestly expected him to make that save

Wahoos were more aggressive the entire second half scoring twice more . . .

Only then did we attack with a vengeance, nearly scoring several times . . . Too little, too late

Credit our Tigers for never quitting . . . I'm sure our guys would love to play them again . . . Deep into the NCAA Tournament!

Wasn't able to watch any of this one - saw a lot of Pitt semi and thought Pitt was more aggressive as they kept the ball on their end of the field for much of the second half- nervous time just up 1-0.


Could see the window of my first semester(1965) room above the stands.
