So what to make of the coaching exodus from SCAR to Auburn?

Is it lazy hiring process on AU's part? Or had Beamer actually made some decent hires who quickly recognized that the Coots were out of their league? Does it mean that Auburn will start to have success similar to what we have seen recently out of SCAR? And that SCAR will be even worse?
Man, this is a fun conversation to be having. SEC! SEC!

It's about an Athletic Department made of bad leaders who squandered all their money on a bad coach and are paying him more than the one currently hired to replace him. UofSC had no money to get better coaches and/or were turned down so they had to go with their Plan C hire. This hire has no experience, no pull and limited resources to get better assistants so he had to settle with the experienced staff he had. Unfortunately, his staff were waiting for green pastures and took the first opportunity to jump ship when it came along. Auburn with an experienced coach, more resources and more storied program poached UofSC of its staff and laughed as they punched them and took their lunch money.

Auburn wants to cash in on the deep well of coaching talent @ SC, they have churned out nearly 10 wins over the last couple of seasons. They can fill the recruiting cupboard with loads of 2 star talent.
