Yeah, Brice was only a lowly 4 star "scrub" with 17 offers.

Thing is, though, Chase - despite having made the single most important play in Clemson history - didn't play a whole game, and even though he was a fine HS quarterback, DJ was elite.

This is a chance for Clemson to do what some people have wished they could: Start DJ, and play him for a whole game (or two). That will shake the cobwebs out of him for next season, and will greatly benefit the program (assuming they beat Notre Dame). Certainly nobody wanted Trevor to become injured or sick, but this may be the best thing that could have happened to Clemson (emphasis on "may be").

But, it could also cost Trevor a Heisman, and that would be a shame.
