that had an african dude posing as a doctor. He was taking symptoms, looking on webMD, and prescribing medicines, etc. This went on for years. My dad used this as leverage to get her bill dropped.
Apparently a real doctor from Africa had returned home and gave his credentials to a buddy who assumed his identity. Apparently the guy did a pretty good job. I think he only killed a few people, but they were old anyway.
