Since he didn’t get drafted he’s coming back correct? Also I was surprised to see what Parker Meadows said about coming to school, glad to see he has his priorities straight. But I guess with the amount he was offered he didn’t want to turn it down. Also sucks that Mack is turning pro as well. Monte can’t catch a break recruiting lol

THINK WE DID JUST FINE. THREE REALLY GOOD PITCHERS, PLUS HACKENBURG COMING IN. AND OTHERS. HEARD LECROY COMPARE HIM TO JOEY BART THIS MORNING. ALSO SAID BYRD AND GREENE WOULD BE BACK AFTER HEARING THEY WERE GOING TO LEAVE. NEXT YEAR WILL BE ALL MONTES PLAYERS. LETS SEE WHAT HE CAN DO WITH ALL HIS GUY.

Anything close to Joey Bart will suit me fine. I saw Bart day before yesterday at a BBQ restaurant near GT and that dude is a stud. Nothing is happening to us that isn't happening to all good college programs, so I agree with deroberts that we did "just fine"!

yep you are correct. baseball is a tough gig with the limited scholarships. if we could just get a level playing field. with their foundations teams like vandy, uva and unc have a big advantage. really, have you ever seen vandys facilities. awful ballpark but if you get a free vandy education and can live in nashville who would not sign up for that. corbs fell into a gold mine. funny to think we actually have people that thinks we could hire him back here.
