School football produce so many more good college prospects than here in South Carolina? Similar size state, similar climate, etc. What is their "secret sauce"?

Georgia's population is more than double that of South Carolina.

2x the population and certain schools are known for recruiting g and SC has no powerhouse program bringing in talent much less multiple that bring in talent

The Georgia population 10.6 million. South Carolina population is 4.8 million.
