Sims vs Grantham

If Grantham were healthy, do you think there is a dropoff to Simms?

Yes Grantham is another ball handler who could attack the paint. And before you bring up Sims amazing dunk where he drove keep in mind he has not done that much at all. But I will say next years team will benefit a whole lot from Sim’s experience.

Just rewatched the Miami game where Grantham was MVP

18 pts. plus played pt. guard for awhile as Shelton's guard was defending him well. Plus rebounding and defense so far there is no contest even admitting Simms is getting better thankfully.

There is a helluva drop off from Grantham to Sims. Hopefully

in about two years, he can be close to where Grantham was this year, before he got hurt. He may not be terribly far behind Grantham's previous years.

Grantham has been a surprise replacement for Grantham but certainly not the same kind of player. He has played considerably better than I imagined and is still improving. That speaks well for next year and his play give us a better chance tonight ... and in future tourney games. I can see Simms developing quicker than DH but perhaps others do not
