Simms Fouls

Watching the game last night and tonight, I've seen 6 fouls called on Simms and four of the six were non fouls. As a former Basketball official, it's makes no sense to me how officials CANNOT see that a player holding his position with his hands straight up and the shooter moves into the defensive player it is not a foul. Watch the first fouls called on Simms tonight, he never moves, his feet or his arms, yet the foul is called on Simms, sorry officials, but I will say this, they are consistent, they do it every time.
