Shorter second half offer to Citadel

I am so relieved that the HC denied and refused the offer. Could you imagine a military college giving in/surrendering/quitting early. Definitely not the message you want to send to future soldiers and officers. IMO it was an insult to even propose that to a college like the Citadel.
