Miss State beats BAMA this weekend and loses to Mizzou in the SEC Championship – MST is knocked out of the playoffs.

Oregon wins out
FSU wins out
TCU or Baylor win out
OSE wins out (barf… rinse my mouth out with soap – but better than an SEC team getting in)

See – it is possible to have the first College Playoff without an SEC team.

Gotta have a dream…, gotta believe.

I think the least likely part of the scenario is Missouri beating the SEC West team. UGA would have a better chance. I guess we'll see how Mizzou fares against TAMU and Arkansas. I think there's a decent chance they lose both of those.

im not sure miss state losing to only the east

champ would be enough to knock them out, unless they were blown out. Better pull for Ole Miss to beat Miss State to be safe

Bama loses to Auburn. Then it doesnt matter what happens in SEC champ game as every SEC team would have 2 losses
