Why should it be a bad thing to take advantage of. It's almost like saying we are going to "run a counter through the C gap on 3".
If you let me over hear that - why wouldn't I adjust my alignment to stop it? If your signals are so non-complex that they are stolen - so be it.
And, I get that a reporter asked. He wasn't whining about it; I get that too. But, that's one that probably could have been answered with some coach speak! Something like the following: "Clemson is a great team and i'm sure there is some level of sign stealing because everyone does it, we do it. At the end of the day it's about execution of the play because we believe if it is ran correctly it will still be successful"!
