Tremendous individual and excellent coach! While his offensive scheme was past time, he ran it well with solid players. I personally hope Wofford hires fresh staff and who knows what lies ahead for the program?

Go Terriers and Tigers

Super guy He's done a ton for college football, for Wofford and for our state as well. Sad to see him leaving the profession but I'll bet he stays in the game somehow

Anyone think Muschamp will take this opportunity to

Personally I hope Wofford moves in a new direction. Coach Lang deserves an opportunity, however the program needs a new offensive scheme and that starts with new staff.

Go Terriers!

He will be a hard HC to replace. Mike Ayers is Godly, moral man with the highest of character and integrity.

What he accomplished a Wofford to me mirrors much of what Dabo has accomplished at Clemson.

Thank You Coach Ayers for so many years of service at Wofford.

Really one of the good guys. Sorry to see him go. Wonder if it will take them as long as Tennessee to replace their coach?
