Lots and streets are dependent on annual demand and all assignments are subject to change from one year to the next.

Then I read this:

Some people donate high levels and ask for lower

Level parking. This gives them the confidence to sell the spot even before they have confirmation.

I'm not a super high level donor, but I've always asked and have received a lot below my giving level.
