I think Clemson is facing an significant up-hill climb for his services. He has pretty much maintained since day one the he never really considered Clemson because that is where his brother played. He wants to make a name for himself and not play in the shodow of his big brother. At the end of the day, that may be too much for the coaches to overcome.

Mike's outlook may well have changed since that announcement. Having AE and CJ as the premier backs between he and his brother might dull that "follow in his footsteps" thinking as well.
If Mike insists on going elsewhere, he certainly has the ability and family guidance to make a good decision. But if the family is suggesting looking at Clemson, who knows what the future will bring?

and hopefully talking Clemson up, maybe that could make up ground faster than any coaches talking to him could. He knows James would give it to him straight, and it's coming from someone who's been there and done that. We'll see how it turns out.
