run first, unbalanced offense.

Never thought that a RB in a spread offense would break his record.

Maybe I am not appreciating Wayne Galman enough.

Wayne played in at least 2 extra games to break Raymond's record at Clemson.

But, Wayne missed a game with an injury and shared carries with DW. Can't say who is better. Both are/were beasts. Wayne's the most physical back we've had in a long time. Falls forward every time.

I won't compare the two but I will tell you right now, Raymond Priester was something else. We were low on talent at the time. We got good guys here or there but depth was terrible. We were living with a coach that was way over his head. Everybody knew what we were doing. Toss sweep right, toss sweep left, draw up the gut, punt. Pitch left, dive, toss sweep punt. Priester carried the load. A lesser man would have crumbled. Aside from being one of the nicest people you will ever meet, Raymond Priester was a beast.
