Parking Whiz Question in Charlotte

For those of you that have bought passes through Parking Whiz. Do all of the lots open at 2:00 p.m. When I got to book, it doesn't let me select an earlier time than 2:00 p.m. Just wondering if that is the only option or if anyone else has run into this. TIA
