Our secondary

Nov 20, 2018, 10:12 AM

Just might be the most improved position group on the team. They have played lights out the past couple of games. Terrell (or is it "Turrell"?) has been particularly impressive.

Clemson is currently ranked 11th nationally in pass defense

Not too shabby considering that group has faced the 6th, 23rd, 35th and 45th ranked pass offenses.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

Agreed.

I love the guys passion and determination but like the "Junkyard Dog", he can be a liability in pass coverage and sometimes keeps his eyes in the backfield too long.

Isaiah Simmons has improved even though he looked a little off for the Duke game.

Either way they all need to play lights out and hit USuC in the mouth early and often without giving up the careless plays.

GO TIGERS!!

Yeah, Muse has a few holes and he's always this close to getting a personal foul, but maybe a good football team needs an "enforcer ", just like a hockey team.

They certainly have improved. I'm still worried about the quick passes and slants to the corners and sidelines though, but the coots should be good practice.
