He caught wood while dancing with her, which is now rape. Just because there wasn't penetration and all touching was consensual doesn't mean it isn't rape.

Look, rape is no laughing matter and should be taken seriously. But the way these journalists write these articles is terrible. I realize it's TMZ...

This girl willingly went back to a hotel room where she knew sexual activity was going to take place, offered to watch other people have sex, and then claim she lost her dignity only after the alleged rape?! ### did I just read?!
