So let me understand, if UNCheat recovers the kick without the penalty, they win the game?

How does ESPN think it is a foregone conclusion that UNC scores, gets a 2 point conversion, stops Watson in OT and wins the game? There is alot that would have to happen yet ESPN is acting like a recovered kick wins the game!
