Offensive Gameplan with different QBs?

Moving beyond the big debate at hand of who will be quarterback, how do the coaches prepare their strategy on offense with two quarterbacks who are so completely different.? From blocking schemes to routes, it seems like to be the most effective, you would have to pick one or the other Even if it is not playing to the strength of one particular quarterback. Pro style vs zone read OR do you just tweak the basic offense????

Someone with more football IQ than me, please weigh in.
