Sue everyone. Sue the University, Coaches, all players on the team, the manufacturer of the concrete, the installer of the concrete, the company that made the material used for the blind fold.

Clemson will end up paying for this one. This is not a stretch. Mark it down. There will be a large settlement or a large award. Hazing is a serious issue. There were serious injuries involved with this. Life changing injuries. Hopefully it will be settled and a non-disclosure signed.

I get it. Adults have a degree of responsibility for their own safety. When I was 18 years old, I was in college and in police academy. At 19 years old, I was going to school in the day and working 10 hour shifts at night as a deputy sheriff. There were only two of us working on a shift. I said that to say that 19 year old "kids" are old enough to not let themselves be victims of hazing. They are not kids, they are adults. We have 19 year old men and women in combat zones. They are not kids. They are adults.
