I've never once heard of negative results from doing yoga

Improved flexibility and core strength can only have positive outcomes.

"The Upside Down Polka"!^^^^ It was nothing like what I was promised it would be either. He seemed so respectable!?! Sorry, but someone was going to say/do it....I'm that guy I guess.

Any mention of his current and target weight for 2014

Is he trying to stay around 240 or get bigger or smaller?
With his frame he could carry 250 and if an objective of this season is to improve his NFL stock that might be a good idea.

A lot of teams are opting for the slightly smaller MLB than an Urlacher type these days because of how dynamic the TE has become (not to downplay Urlacher's coverage skills because he was awesome in his prime but 260 lb guys who can cover like that aren't that common).
I think he could go either way and find a fit somewhere.

You're correct bro...it was the 2nd play. I'm ready for Stewart and Anthony to go straight beast mode! Tony's speed is far more superior than Shuey's has ever been BUT I just hope he can be as solid and consistent like Shuey was, Shuey was very intelligent and technique sound

Glad to see him back for his senior season. I agree with the others on yoga helping with flexibility. I had a nagging back injury a few years ago. Physical Therapist recommended yog after therapy was completed. Back injury finally healed after about 6 months of twice a week yoga sessions. I believe Stephon is going to bust it wide open
