Lakip ready to be The Guy
It's been three years since Ammon Lakip has been a major contributor to an athletic team, but with the graduation of Chandler Catanzaro Lakip is ready to step in and be the kind of kicker Clemson fans are used to. He is ready to be The Guy. Full Story » |

Good for him , but I have a feeling this win will be in the books by the start if the 4th quarter. Do not think for a minute that our defense is going to let those two backs have a huge game , and our offense keeps getting no love...just y'all wait and see. My early thoughts are 31-21 Clemson

I don't see their offense scoring 21 points. They will have either a senior QB that wasn't very impressive last year or a true freshman. They'll be lucky to score 10 points.

The thing about that is that we are going to be young in the secondary so there will be mistakes , hopefully not glaring ones. I think they give it to Gurshall about 55/60 times and try to keep our HUNH on the sidelines. If we get into a rythym its gonna be a long , hot day for those guys. Our D line and LB will need to get some three and outs going early to allow for things to get moving. I bet its 17-14 at halftime.

really think BP should be considered a lot more for the PK job as well. Seems like what little I have seen, Pinion always out performs Lakip.
hmm..

Maybe he's gotten better

but he was pretty bad in the Shrine Bowl. Big leg but zero accuracy. I'll trust the coaching staff here.
