They all come in thinking they will play right away and are up to the task. The great ones, figure out what they need to work on, dedicate the time, effort and attitude to make it happen. Ebo seems like he his that kind of guy. I think he has the whole package now, and I wish him the best!

Me thinks.....

With Brent Venables tenacity and a fine crop of hungry youngsters, I really don't see much of a drop off from last year.

This Defense is going to BALL OUT!

Go Tigers!!!!

Ive been taking a yoga class for a couple months now, and i can definitely tell the difference when i shoot hoops...i feel more agile, and just move around better due to improved flexibility... especially in the hips. Also nobody ever thinks about it, but breathing is huge, and it helps in everything you do, not to mention the stress release u get from working on it. I never saw myself doing yoga before, but the benefits can be excellent, including improved flexibility, balance, agility, core strength, improved breathing/flow, stress relief etc...
