This article talks about the two new 5 stars and I guess 247 never had Carman as a 5 star except in their composite rankings.

Carman was going up against a stellar class of DE's. Not an easy assignment. He will be honed.....

was blitzing left and right. Something not actually allowed in the All Star games. Mays and Jackson had rough days because of it.

Carman was a 4 star to begin with in 247's rankings

so he didn't lose a star. Yes, he did slide down some in their overall rankings though. Still Top 50. Cade M. and Hill also slid for UGA so other than Salyer it sounds like the all-star games didn't do these guys a favor. Not really surprising when you are putting the best OL up against the best DLs in the country. DLs are the better athletes. OL have to operate more as a unit.
