Need suggestions for gamecock tailgate Saturday

since we have an off week, I'm going to tailgate with my old roommate in Columbia. I figure free beer and liquor will help blind me from all the garnet and black. I'm not going to the game.
My question is, what should I wear? Clemson gear? Tennessee gear (I'm sure I can round some up)? Neutral colors out of respect to my friends? Or I even thought about wearing A Kentucky shirt?

i never go to columbia without wearing a clemson shirt but in this case i would go neutral. no since being like one of them. maybe a clemson pin or something very small would be ok.

I made the mistake that you are about to make about ten years ago. I too, figured beer and football can't be all bad. Even though this was all before the 5 in-a-row and the Espn/sec lovefest, it was still unbearable. Remember, these aren't your friendly co-workers that you will e with. You will be surrounded by 70,000 or more drunken, stupid, 5 in-a-row idiots that will act like they are the greatest team in the world even if they lose. If they win, it will only be worse. Do yourself a favor, stay home and watch the game.

I hate seeing Gamecocks at Clemson games in their tacky t-shirts when we are playing other teams. I think it is disrespectful and in-your-face. Wear something neutral.
