I can't see Big Dex, Ferrell or Wilkins falling out of the first round. These guys are in the top 32 players of the draft or even higher. For example, if a team needs a WR but their top target is already off the board, one of these guys should be selected and a WR (in this case) get picked up in a later selection. That is, if a team is picking best player available. I know there will be trades, and teams will make moves because of needing a QB. However there are many teams that aren't searching for a QB.
I know this class if defensively loaded, but does anyone else see these 3 BIG men falling out of the 1st round? I just can't see it.. They are all worthy of a first round grade/pick.

I agree. I've been saying that all year. I don't see any way those 3 guys are still around on day 2. It hurts them slightly that this DL class is so ridiculously good, but it's not like they aren't on par with any of those other guys. Just depends how the teams with DL needs view them compared to the other top guys out there.
That said, everyone needs an elite edge rusher (Ferrell).
Big Dex is a game changer and can eat up SO much space in the middle, but also runs nearly a 5 second flat 40 which is insane for his size!
Wilkins to me is the best of all worlds. Some team is going to fall in love with his personality and see that not only is he EXTREMELY versatile and talented on the field, he will be a team leader and bring the locker room together. That is a really underrated ability in the NFL imo.

Pesonally, I'd rank Lawrence at 3rd out of the 3, but he'll probably go first. Nimble 350lb NTs just don't show up very often, and some 3-4 team is going to jump at the chance to plug him in for the next decade.
I think Wilkins will get drafted before Ferrell because of his versatility. He is the prototypical 4-3, 3-tech DT, but I think he could be just as good as a 3-4 DE, very similar to what Muhammad Wilkerson was with the Jets. That ability to play in either scheme and be a pass-rushing threat is really attractive to teams.
Ferrell may be the last one drafted out of those 3 just because he's a pure 4-3 DE. Hopefully he falls to Carolina at #16.

I'd expect all 3 to go in the 1st Round ....... They are probably all within the top 20 talents in the Draft, so although possible that they might fall "a bit" if teams draft by need rather than taking the best players, I'd be surprised if they fell out of the 1st Round.

Also, FWIW I have read a few mock drafts that have Mullen going late in the first. Most have him going in the mid to late 2nd, however it would be really something to see 4 of our guys go in the first round.
