Miami were able to adjust to the more physical games the officials were allowing instead of the ticky-tacky, fingertip fouls that ACC officials are notorious for calling

I know this is tongue and cheek, but no. I value having NCSU in the ACC.
Any game against NCSU, UNC, WF, Duke and UVA matters to me more because of our tradition of playing them since 1953 and in many cases much longer. Throw in GT and FSU too as we have a great rivalry with each of them, even if they are not originals.
Playing the Pitts and Syracuses of the world does little for me. This would be the case with anyone we could possibly replace NCSU with.

I know they have horrible fans, but we’ve quickly learned Louisville does too. So yeah, I wish Maryland had stayed in the league. Lefty, Bobby Ross, Fat Ralph - it was fun playing Maryland sometimes.
But I’m also stubborn and vindictive, so if MD ever did want back in, I’d hope the ACC would reject their request. Let them continue to enjoy their great new rivalries with Minnesota, Purdue and Rutgers.

Frankly if the ACC expands for TV money and more, I would love having Merryland come calling. Along with ND or perhaps WVa. I would welcome the idiots (Maryland) back, but at a price. It would serve them right.

I think you keep NCSt, but maybe sending someone like Syracuse off. They don’t have a baseball team, which really hurts since ACC is one of the best in that sport. I think adding someone like Cincinnati would be a big help in all sports really. Cincinnati is who I’d go with

What is Cuse good at?? Occasionally hoops? Cincy has a football program that cracks top 25 occasionally and adds a baseball school to the conference. Really don’t see how Cuse helps either... other than the fact that they upset us this past year, I don’t think Syracuse is that great of an addition to the ACC.
