My take on this whole Potter thing.

They were cute little kids in the first movie. Harry had the scar and you felt sad for him. Especially the way his aunt and uncle treated him.
Hogwarts was neat. Seemed to be a fun place to be.
After that, things got dark and not so cute, and people started dying.

Kind of like a day at work, but I digress.

I guess coach Dabo wants the kicking situation to be like it was in Coach Danny’s days.... all Danny had to say was
