Muschamp discusses 2019 commitment class

Sep 21, 2018, 2:43 PM

"We feel really good about, No. 1, in our state -- five young men we've offered all committed to us. We're excited about that," Muschamp said, during Carolina Calls on Thursday night.

Am I missing something?

They’re not #1 in the state and I thought you can’t talk about players not signed with you.

I guess you are looking at his comment about being #1 in state. It's hard to tell what he means by it. If it's about overall class it is untrue. If it is about getting the top talent from South Carolina then it is true. We only have one commit from SC.

he gets paid 3 million a year to say this. His employers would not be too happy if he admitted that his recruits are not as good as ours.

He’s just saying the number 1 thing he feels good about is getting commitments from kids in state. No biggie
