Men's tennis @ Virginia Tech Friday at 2:30, preview

Virginia Tech is 10-5 overall and 1-3 in the ACC. Not ranked in the top 50. Their only ranked win was 5-2 over #44 Duke (who we lost to 4-0) last week.
Projected Hokie singles lineup:
1. #56 Jason Kros, Sr. Fairfax, VA 2. Henrik Korsgaard, Jr. Frederica, Denmark 3. Alexandre Ribeiro, Jr. Lisbon, Portugal 4. Carlo Donato, So. Pisa, Italy 5. Brandon Perez, Fr. Caracas, Venezuela 6. Evan Fragista, Fr. Athens, Greece
VT is not that good this year. Their true #1 Mitch Harper from Australia has been hurt all year and only played 2 matches, so that has hurt them. I would say Clemson has a chance in this match at the bottom of the lineup as Perez and Fragistas are not the strongest 5 and 6. But we haven't beaten VT since 2014 and playing in Blacksburg is never easy. Plus I believe Clemson's confidence is just very low right now. Expect a 5-2 Virginia Tech win.
